TRULY PRODUCTIVE "educational leadership" does DEMAND AWARE & HUMBLE DECISION-MAKING...
The best current institutions use through-level flat management. Ours uses top-heavy intimidation tactics & "CYA" (Cover Your Ass) manipulations of the truths in & about our schools. This wastes huge amounts of our already too-limited resources!
"It's all about CYA Drake, all about CYA."
-As revealed by 2 former & 2 current Site Administrators, & at least 4
District Level Administators to me personally.I say NO to that! "It's all about our students LEARNING, not CYA, folks!!!!"
As so do say those of us who ACTUALLY WORK *WITH* AND FOR THE CHILDREN of our county! We who are sick of the ego & wallet-boosting corruption at the top of our heavily stratified education system. A three-ring analogy is in order here...
OUR SCHOOL SYSTEM IS IN A TAILSPIN OF INEFFICIENCY, PARANOIA, & PISSPOOR MORALE WHERE THE "SCUM HAS [truly] RISEN TO THE TOP" IN A CIRCUS OF AMBITIOUS CORRUPTION WHEREBY FAWNING, PRANCING INEPTITUDE IS REWARDED WHILST HARDWORKING TASK & TRUTH-TACKLING ARE CONTINUOUSLY DISRESPECTED!
The clowns get kudos while the acrobats & lion-tamers are ignored.
DOES THIS ANALOGY DISTURB YOU?
Watch any SBAC (School Board of Alachua County) Board Meeting, District level workshop, awards ceremony, PR release, or administrative meeting of any nature and you will see VERY LITTLE that reflects what our over-burdened & under-resourced classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, & school busses ACTUALLY LOOK & OPERATE LIKE!!!!
Our school system should not be this "Circus Show" to justify the
well-connected's positions, overblown salaries & egos, and general
mismanagement of our limited school resources!
Heather represents a truth & accountability platform that will start at the
top to eliminate "CYA" while promoting THE MISSION: our childrens'
EDUCATION! The entire school system strata will benefit from such
leadership.
If YOU Care About Better Local Schools! Please get involved in this crucial
race...
Our opponent is well-connected with old school, big money cronies, and
thus well-funded... the usual hobnobby, detached-from-the-realities, corrupt
'GoodOldBoy' networks.
WE'VE SUFFERED ENOUGH BLOATED "from-the-top" BULLSHIT BROKEN PROMISES & NON-PRODUCTIVE JARGON FROM CAREER POLITICOS THAT SELFISHLY CHOOSE TO "ADMINISTRATE" INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY LEAD A SYSTEM DEDICATED TO BETTER EDUCATING STUDENTS!!!
Please help get a truly PRODUCTIVE & progressive voice on our pathetic
School Board. This young lady WILL get positive results!
